We started our party rental business, Affordable Occasions, in 2001 as a way to bring FUN to families for a reasonable price. We thought about how cool it would be to host parties, and do all of the cooking... and our dream was always to have a restaurant, so we began with the logical first step in catering parties, fundraisers, weddings, etc... How we got into the crazy world of competitive BBQ... well, it's a long story, but one very typical of us! It's a lot of fun, and we enjoy it to the fullest! It's been said that if you pick a job you love, you'll never work a day in your life. That's what we are all about!
